Oei Hong Bie,Chairman, Director
Mr Oei, as one the founders of the RCA Group, brought along his vast experience in the Rubber trade, his dynamism and vision, to create a global group with a strategic presence in the Asia Pacific, Chinese, European and American markets. Mr Oei has been active in the Rubber trade for over 60 years. Mr. Oei was the Chairman of RCA Group from 1998 to 2002. He has been the group's Chief Trading Officer since 2002, and Deputy Chairman since 2006. Mr Oei has been on Board of Directors' of SICOM since its inception.
Chris Pardey,Chief Executive Officer, Chief Trading Officer, Director
Chris brings 25 years of commodity experience to the group. He joins the group from Barclays Capital where he was global head of trading agricultural products, coal and freight. Chris spent 20 years with Cargill in trading and asset management roles before moving to Singapore in 2005 as Managing Director of Noble Grain. Chris also worked for Merrill Lynch Commodities in Singapore.
Linda Oei Swan Chu,General Manager, Director
Linda obtained her Bachelor Degree in Science from Rockhurst University, Kansas City, Missouri, USA, and her Diploma in Law from the National University of Singapore, Singapore. Linda joined Tong Teik in 1998 as a Director of Tong Teik as well as Singapore Tong Teik. In 2003 she was appointed Director of RCMA Americas and became Group Managing Director of RCMA Commodities Asia in 2006. Prior to joining the RCMA Commodities Asia group, Linda lived in the United States for 25 years working in the healthcare industry.
Michael Coleman,Director
Michael has been involved in the rubber business since joining Cargill in 1982 and he managed the Cargill Global rubber business in the late 1990s. Three years after establishing U Derivatives with Marubeni Rubber, Michael founded Aisling Analytics in 2004.
Doug King, Director
Doug King, also a former Cargill executive, managed Cargill's global petroleum trading business in Geneva, Switzerland in the late 1990's following several years as head of both Cargill's UK grain business and non-grain feed ingredient import business. After two years as Swiss head of petroleum trading for a subsidiary of the Russian conglomerate Alfa group, he joined Mike as co-owner and Chief Investment Officer in Aisling Analytics in 2004.
Kees Kempenaar,Chief Financial Officer
Kees Kempenaar joined us on February 1st, 2011 as CFO having just retired from Cargill after 31 years with them during which he had both geographic and product line responsibilities. He has worked in several different parts of the world and been closely involved with a variety of businesses including chocolate, cocoa, poultry and tea, as well as working in mergers and acquisitions.
