Bernard Stuivinga

Bernard Stuivinga is an attorney and tax lawyer in the Netherlands. He became a board member of RCA in 2003. He has also been a member of the supervisory board of Acomo since 2002.

Oei Hong Bie

Mr Oei, as one the founders of the RCA Group, brought along his vast experience in the Rubber trade, his dynamism and vision, to create a global group with a strategic presence in the Asia Pacific, Chinese, European and American markets.

Mr Oei has been active in the Rubber trade for over 60 years. Mr. Oei was the Chairman of RCA Group from 1998 to 2002. He has been the group’s Chief Trading Officer since 2002, and Deputy Chairman since 2006.

Mr Oei has been on Board of Directors’ of SICOM since its inception.


Linda Widjaja,

Linda Widjaja

Linda obtained her Bachelor Degree in Science from Rockhurst University, Kansas City, Missouri, USA, and her Diploma in Law from the National University of Singapore, Singapore.

Linda joined Tong Teik in 1998 as a Director of Tong Teik as well as Singapore Tong Teik . In 2003 she was appointed Director of RCMA Americas and became Group Managing Director of RCMA Commodities Asia in 2006.

Prior to joining the RCMA Commodities Asia group, Linda lived in the United States for 25 years working in the healthcare industry.


Stephane Holvoet


Stephane Holvoet

Stephane Holvoet, Belgian, 52, Master in Law (University of Leuven) and Master in Management (University of Ghent). After gaining extensive audit and banking experience with KPMG and Continental Bank of Illinois, Stephane joined Amsterdam Commodities in 1988 as Financial Controller. In 1999, he was appointed managing director. Amsterdam Commodities is an international trading house in spices, natural ingredients for the food industry and rubber, and was one of the founding members of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in 1908.

Stephane was actively involved in the merger between L. Wurfbain and Co. and Singapore Tong Teik into RCMA Commodities Asia (Pte) Ltd) in 1998, and participated since the beginning in the development of the group in the USA and Europe.


Edgar E. Nordmann


Edgar E. Nordmann

Edgar is currently the Managing Director of Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH as well as the Chairman of the Managing Board of Georg Nordmann Holding Aktiengesellschaft. He has a long history of building bridges between Europeans and Asians, including the Presidency of the “Ostasiatischer Verein e.V.” (Board Member since 1987), a patron of the “Asien-Pazifik-Assuschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft” since 1993, and he has been the Honorary Consul of Malaysia in Hamburg since 1985. In 2002, the King of Malaysia conferred the Panglima Jasa Negara Award (Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Service of the order of the Nation) carrying the title “Datuk”.

Edgar’s involvement in the natural rubber business started in 1963 at Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH. He is the current German Representative to the IRSG (International Rubber Study Group, London) and served 2002 to 2007 as a Member & Chairman of the Rubber Trade Association of Europe, London. In 2002 he represented Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH in the negotiations that melded their rubber trading division into the RCMA Commodities Asia group. He has served on the Board of Directors of RCMA Commodities Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore since 2002, including the Chairmanship from 2002 to 2006.
